Pa Property Tax Rebate Deadline 2025. Starting next year, the property tax/rent rebate program will be expanded to nearly 175,000 additional pennsylvanians and the maximum standard rebate will be increased. Rebates will be distributed beginning july 1, 2024, as required by law.
